Who We Are

JSOL STUDIOS is a family-owned business and ecosystem that supports caregivers and leaders through nature-based and relational practices — cultivating the conditions where current and future generations thrive.

Our Mission

JSOL STUDIOS’ mission is to design wellness-centered, nature-anchored experiences that empower caregivers and leaders to cultivate thriving ecosystems for the generations to come.

Our Values

  1. First - protect the nervous system of the ecosystem - Do No Harm.

  2. Trust nature as a co-teacher and co-regulator - Recognize ancestral healing power of nature

  3. Tend to what is unmet, unspoken, or uprooted - Treat the root cause

  4. Address the whole ecosystem; body, mind, spirit, culture, lineage, and land - Treat the whole ecosystem

  5. Restore relationship to self first - Heal Thyself

  6. Prevent harm to the ecosystem for generations to come

Our Vision

We grow thriving ecosystems for anchored generations.

Our Team

Ecosystem Consultants

Our Ecosystem Consultants partner with organizations, schools, and teams to assess and reimagine relational dynamics, cultural climates, and leadership models through an ecological and healing-centered lens. They bring strategic insight, regenerative frameworks, and cultural humility to build relationally safe, resilient ecosystems — especially those serving global majority communities.

Ecosystem Practitioners

Our Ecosystem Practitioners guide participants through immersive, nature-anchored experiences rooted in sacred herbalism, land connection, somatic ecology, ritual, and storytelling. Whether through terrarium-making, forest walks, or embodied nature practices, they help people reconnect to themselves, their lineage, and the land — restoring nervous system balance and inner belonging.

Ecosystem Coaches

Our Ecosystem Coaches support caregivers through 1:1 or small group coaching that builds the capacity for co-regulation, repair, emotional literacy, and sustainable leadership. Using nervous system science, reflective practice, and values-based tools, they guide individuals in becoming steady, attuned anchors for the ecosystems they lead — whether at home or in the community.
