S.O.I.L 4 GROWTH
S.O.I.L. (Supporting Our Inner Landscapes) 4 GROWTH is a healing-centered, culturally-rooted support program for parents/caregivers of children moving through one of the most emotionally dynamic stages of life: the tween years (ages 8–13).
Natured Roots & Sprouting Wellness
Are you an auntie/uncle, grandparent, friend, older sibling or neighbor tending to community children (prenatal-5 yo)? You are a childcare provider and we would love to meet with you! We can support your wellness and childcare professional needs through monthly childcare health consultations.
Nature Preserve
Our Nature Preserve is a protected ecosystem — a living space where land, leadership, and legacy converge. Rooted in Indigenous knowledge, Afro-Indigenous storytelling, and environmental justice, this sacred space honors both the past and the possible.
Private Practice
As a Naturopathic Physician, Dr. Sabine Thomas believes in nature's healing power, especially through cultural and community-based healing. She offers group medical visits to enhance patient health by combining clinical care and collective support. Her services are tailored for families with members, birth to 100 year old.
